Hope you had a nice holiday. Below you can create easily a return label. Make sure you remove all old labels from the box to make sure that the box arrives with us properly. Return shipments go through PostNL.
Steps to return your product:
1. Click here to report your return
2. Enter your order number and zip code
3. Follow the instructions
4. You will receive a return label by email*
5. Print the label and stick it on the box or choose a digital shipping label
6. Remove all old shipping stickers
7. Hand in your package at a PostNL collection point
*If your order was in multiple boxes, each box must have a separate return label. You can print multiple labels by repeating the same steps. So you use your order number several times.
